Get a rough cost
Provide a few details and I'll give you an estimated cost based on similar sized groups over the last few years. It's fully inclusive and includes shopping, preparation, cooking, cleaning and up to around 100 miles of travel.
Don't worry, for locations more than 50 miles from my base on the Yorkshire - Lancashire border, a travel surcharge can be added. It just means I need to set off earlier and we might need a discussion about dining times to make sure things aren't too late.
For locations in or through cities like Leeds, Bradford, Manchester and Liverpool, we may need to take traffic congestion and times of day into account. This often also applies to the Lake District during school holidays.
Payments
A £100 deposit books and secures the date. Half of the remainder is due a fortnight before the meal, with the balance payable on the night, either when I arrive or after the meal.
