Get a rough cost
Provide a few details and I'll give you an estimated cost based on similar sized groups over the last few years. It's fully inclusive and includes:
- menu planning
- shopping and ingredients
- preparation and packing
- travelling and mileage
- bringing crockery and all of the equipment I need
- cooking at your place
- cleaning up, ensuring the kitchen is as close to spotless as possible
- taking all dirty plates and my equipment away to clean at home
I cook everything from scratch after I arrive on the day using fresh ingredients and the oven and hob available at the property.
Because I bring my own plates and equipment I put everything into boxes and whip it away to be washed at home, so you're not left with stacks of dirty crockery or a full dishwasher to unload the next morning!
Payments
A £100 deposit books and secures the date. Half of the remainder is due a fortnight before the meal, with the balance payable on the night, either when I arrive or after the meal.
