Don't forget: almost everything can be tweaked to make it suitable for dietary preferences, so do ask. Vegan, vegetarian, IBS-friendly, gluten-free, dairy-free... it's all perfectly possible.

These work for small groups (due to hob space):

Pan fried sea bass 

Griddled tuna steaks

Pork and apple burgers

 

And these are done in the oven, so suitable for any sized group:

Cheese-stuffed pork fillet under a blanket of breadcrumbs

Baked salmon or hake

Crispy-skinned pan fried chicken breast

Sage and apple roasted butternut squash, with chestnuts, shredded greens and mustard dressing

Rack of lamb freshly carved into cutlets

Salmon en croute with cream cheese and spinach

Fillet steak, caramelised red onion and port beef wellington

Hunter’s chicken with BBQ sauce and cheese

Creamy chicken, chorizo, tomato, red pepper, mushroom and baby spinach pasta

Traditional British roast (beef, pork, lamb, chicken or nut) with homemade Yorkshire puddings and seasonal trimmings
