Fillet beef tenderloin

Locally reared and butchered fillet beef tenderloin, about to be seasoned, seared and made into a beef wellington. A big shout out to Nathan and Lucy who run the local butcher’s shop where I source my meat. Always top notch and complimented by diners, many of whom miss having a good local butcher where they live and are amazed at the quality and taste of the meat I serve.
