Review of a tapas feast

Review of a tapas feast I cooked at Morland Hall in Cumbria last month. It’s always nice seeing the relieved and excited looks on faces when you tell diners that all of the dishes are gluten and dairy free as standard. Tapas is a great way for organisers to cater for all dietary requirements and preferences without having to know about them in advance. With over a dozen dishes there’s always lots of choice for everyone.
