A master at work! In Ilkley today having my chef’s knife sharpened by Gaz at Community Cutlery. Usually, like a kid in a sweet shop, I explore their kitchenware section whilst the mysterious dark arts of metal honing are performed beyond the other door, but today I watched in the workshop and even had a go at the final stage myself.
