Early morning drop into Ilkley to visit the very fabulous Community Cutlery for knife sharpening. This is where I bought the Japanese knife that so many diners admire when they watch me cook in their kitchens, and it goes back regularly for a quick but top notch sharpening on a whetstone. Well worth a visit – when I was in the workshop chatting away, a couple had come all the way from Kent to try and buy some knives in the shop!
