Review left by a farming family from Malham in the Yorkshire Dales after their meal at a holiday cottage in Bowness-on-Windermere, Lake District. Turns out their lads went to school in Skipton like me, they live near my geography teacher and know many of the farmers and food producers I work with. So lots of chatting with the whole family whilst cooking this meal!
