Gluten free chocolate fondant puddings – hot from the oven with molten gooey insides – with fresh organic strawberries, cherries and cream. You know it’s a big hit when diners come straight into the kitchen to say how amazing the dessert was and can I bake more.
This three course meal was for a Yorkshire Dales farming family celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary in the Lake District. Thoroughly enjoyed, with every plate pretty much licked clean.
