Cooking at Carr Hall Castle

Carr Hall Castle, where I’ve cooked many times. This week I was cooking for a family staying there to celebrate an 80th birthday. A fresh seasonal menu as we head towards early summer: crab, asparagus and rocket salad to start; rack of lamb with fondant potatoes, broad beans, roasted carrot, french beans and braised fennel; finished off with panna cotta, rhubarb and ginger.
