It’s a real pleasure meeting people from around the world who travel here to see family, friends, landscapes, history and culture. I like adding local food to that mix – often asked to cook traditional British food using ingredients from Yorkshire, Lancashire and the Lake District. Pennine lamb, from nearby farms, is always popular!
