Yorkshire pork fillet stuffed with sage, cream cheese, garlic and chives, all wrapped in serrano ham and a layer of breadcrumbs. Succulent juicy meat, creamy filling, salty cured meat and crunchy flavoursome outside. This one is both dairy free and gluten free – a fabulous combination of flavours and a real treat for diners avoiding milk and wheat.
