Yorkshire pork fillet

Yorkshire pork fillet stuffed with freshly chopped sage, garlic and cream cheese, wrapped in serrano ham and rolled in breadcrumbs. To go with it, fondant potatoes, honey roasted carrots, french beans and asparagus.

As an alternative to the meat, gently cooked fresh hake – collected from the fishmonger in Skipton on the way.
