Yorkshire Dales fillet steak beef wellington with asaparagus, honey glazed yellow and purple carrots, French beans and thyme roasted valor potatoes. Two of these are gluten free and it’s all dairy free. Part of a special surprise meal requested by her family to celebrate a wife and mum’s birthday.
