Spotted these roadside bluebells in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. It’s May, the hedgerows are green again and about to burst into flower and I’m already enjoying cooking with the fresh organic spring veg that’s on this month’s seasonal menu: asparagus, lettuce and salad leaves, new potatoes, rhubarb and radish – with lots more on the way in the coming weeks.
