A ringing endorsement after cooking in Burley on Saturday. To celebrate a 60th birthday at their home I was asked to cook so that the hosts could relax and spend time with their visiting family. They opted for my ‘Yorkshire Dales fillet steak wellington’ as the main course and were not disappointed.
