Treating my chopping board to a spot of oil and TLC. This board was handcrafted in Orkney and posted to me by @erik.donaldson2019 as a thank you after a meal last year. It goes everywhere with me and has well and truly lived up to the versatility we talked about back when he and his family were visiting the North York Moors.
