Sticky toffee pudding for 21 – freshly baked, warm from the oven and put together with creamy dark muscovado sauce while diners finish off the main course. Based on a traditional recipe, made using my own combination of plums, dates and figs. It can be baked using wheat flour or oat if it needs to be gluten free (which keeps it really moist and tasty unlike shop-bought gf flour blends). It always gets rave reviews and comments.
