Cutting fresh herbs in my garden

Cutting fresh herbs in my garden – today it was thyme for a beef wellington being cooked in Burley-in-Wharfedale. I’ve got thyme, rosemary, bay, parsley, chives and mint in the ground, all waking up nicely at the moment. My sage, tarragon, marjoram and oregano didn’t make it through winter so I’ll soon be starting again with those.
