I don’t often get chance to capture this moment (a big thank you to my wife for volunteering to eat one when I had a camera poised) – molten chocolate fondant pudding, warm from the oven, oozing pure chocolatiness from its centre. I bake these while diners enjoy the main course so that they’re hot, moist and molten ready for dessert.

This is just one of many insights into my work as a travelling private chef in the North of England. "Where do you cook?" I hear you ask, "I'm looking for a private chef near me".
