Collecting wild garlic – a little Daddy and Daughter time. In home ed DT we’ve been learning about nutrition and seasonal food, culminating in my youngest designing, making and serving a seasonal dish containing all parts of the eatwell plate. In-season and nutritious, locally foraged wild garlic from an enclosed patch near our house was a top – and very tasty – ingredient.

This is just one of many insights into my work as a travelling private chef in the North of England. "Where do you cook?" I hear you ask, "I'm looking for a private chef near me".
