Collecting fresh fish in Skipton first thing this morning. Almost anything can be ordered in and collected on my way to you, so fish and seafood are always on the menu. Today it was sea bass, served up at in Grizedale Forest this evening with marsh samphire and a lime and chilli mayonnaise.
