By special request for a birthday celebration: a trip down 1970s memory lane with coronation chicken vol-au-vents, cocktail sausages (on sticks) and creamy mushroom vol-au-vents. Relaxed late afternoon canapés to go with celebratory drinks, ahead of the evening’s meal. These went down a storm with the whole family, young and not-so-young alike.
