Purple carrots with orange centres. Look at those juicy colours – who wouldn’t want to eat that? These were for tea with the kids at home but I’ve been roasting purple – plus yellow, orange and pink – carrots in olive oil with a generous drizzle of local honey a lot lately whilst out and about cheffing.
