“The highlight of his birthday celebrations”
Scott and Anne from Macclesfield booked me to cook a three course dinner to help Scott celebrate his 80th birthday with their family at a holiday home in Nidderdale, North Yorkshire.
Not knowing in advance who would want what, they ordered enough for everyone to be able to choose at the dinner table as the dishes came out of the oven, with the ‘spare’ meals plated up for the next day.
