Hause Hall Farm in Martindale, just over the hill from the shores of Ullswater in the Lake District. This is where Laura and Stephen chose to get married, and asked me to cook the food for their wedding day. Catering for both vegetarian and meat eating guests, I arrived at the farmhouse whilst everyone was in the church and got cracking preparing and cooking the dishes from scratch in the Aga. A fabulous special day in a beautiful place.
