Heading down into Swaledale from Buttertubs Pass, looking out over the villages of Thwaite and Muker. If you turn right and follow the River Swale downhill you pass through Reeth and Richmond on the water’s way to York, but up here it’s all about waterfalls, wind and the sound of curlews.
