Today’s starter for eleven: honeydew melon, Spanish serrano ham, balsamic glaze, pea shoots and peppery nasturtiums (freshly picked at Growing with Grace on the drive around the Forest of Bowland down to Morecambe Bay. The sun was shining on the Lancashire coast in Morecambe when this was served up early evening.
