Chocolate fondant puddings with warm molten centres, freshly baked in the oven as the main course is being finished off. Hot chocolate sauce oozes out of these cakes as you dig into them with your spoon, mixing with the double cream and dusting of icing sugar. Finished with fresh mint from my greenhouse.
