I cooked for Dean’s birthday

I cooked for Dean’s birthday gathering in the Lake District at a hired holiday home in Bowness-on-Windermere:

Scallops, Bury black pudding and smoked streaky Yorkshire bacon, served on roasted locally grown kale and Pink Cripps apple.

Mini hog roast with buttered teacakes, apple sauce, salad and potato wedges.
