Ready for cutting just before cooking. I’ve got several pots of mint and other herbs growing in my greenhouse – great for fresh ingredients, salads, desserts and garnish. Once I’ve packed all the plates and cooking equipment into the car, I pop out with some scissors and gather what flavours I need that day.
This is just one of many insights into my work as a travelling private chef in the North of England. "Where do you cook?" I hear you ask, "I'm looking for a private chef near me".
