Rainbow carrots being prepped for roasting. The purple ones in particular are beautifully vivid and often have totally different colours inside. These come bunched, with leaves, from the farm each week – as fresh as can be, full of flavour, crunch and colour. Diners love them roasted with a generous drizzle of local honey.
