A sunny day in the Yorkshire Dales! I just had to stop and jump out of the car to take this photo of the view across Wharfedale towards Threshfield and Grassington. A lot of the lamb, beef, milk, cream and butter I use comes from this area, courtesy of Three Dales (who only sell locally reared meat to independent butchers like Nathan, my butcher) and Dales Dairies (who supply Martin, my milkman).
This is just one of many insights into my work as a travelling private chef in the North of England. "Where do you cook?" I hear you ask, "I'm looking for a private chef near me".
