Fingers crossed for tasty things in the greenhouse! A bit of a head start with salad crops and herbs after a trip to the garden centre this week. My youngest daughter and a couple of her friends brought back pots of aubergine, courgette, tomato, cucumber, pepper, mint, parsley, tarragon, thyme and coriander, now planted up in homemade compost.
