Preparing a meal for 13 for Laura’s hen party at Ewe Time Holiday Barn in Kelbrook. Early afternoon – the pork belly, lamb shoulder and potato gratin dauphinois are in the ovens so it’s time to start setting the table. This is a fabulous place to cook (everything is absolutely spotless) and I’m looking forward to seeing the photos the ladies took during the meal.
