Soft, succulent, slow cooked Yorkshire belly pork with crispy roasted wedges of cos lettuce, plus cripps pink apple puree and maple syrup jus. Served as a starter on Sunday in Silsden and just ordered by another group for their hen party booking next month in Kelbrook, so a timely photo!
