Freshly baked, hot-from-the-oven chocolate fondant cake, with a gooey molten centre and lashings of vanilla cream. I snapped a super quick photo before serving these to a lovely couple who had booked me to cook an exclusive private meal for them in their new home. Each course was a total surprise – they asked me to cook what I liked and serve it to the table – and this dessert got the third ‘wow’ of the evening.
