Cooking from scratch with fresh organic ingredients – the pick of the farm and top notch quality. I bring veg, herbs, salad, meat, fish, spices, fruit, breads, oils, vinegars, wines, flours, sugars, syrups, cheeses, milks, creams, butters, sauces… everything to cook with in your home or holiday cottage.

I even bring my own boards, knives, pots, pans, roasting trays, jugs, bowls, scales, graters, utensils, foil, baking paper, kitchen roll, coolboxes, dishcloth, tea towels, washing up liquid etc etc, so I have everything with me and don’t need to borrow anything on the day.

Together with bringing table crockery – plates, side plates, bowls and dipping bowls – and cleaning the kitchen when I’m done, you can relax for the whole time I’m with you and not have to worry about what is and isn’t in the cupboards.
