Full English breakfast cooked at the start of a full day

Full English breakfast cooked at the start of a full day as private chef for a family celebrating a birthday in the North York Moors National Park. Yorkshire bacon and sausages, Cumbrian eggs, Lancashire black pudding, plus – from further afield – organic tomatoes, mushrooms, beans, kale and my freshly made potato rostis, grated and fried that morning.
