Today’s gift delivery

Today’s gift delivery: salmon parcel, glazed carrots, roasted lettuce, courgette slices and quinoa, with a pot of Japanese-style lime mayonnaise. For dessert it’s chocolate and oat tart (a cross between ganache and really soft flapjack) with raspberries. All dairy and gluten free, so the recipient can relax and start their post-op recovery well fed and with confidence.
