I’ve been booked to cook here twice next month: ‘Hermitage Island’ in the Crook o’Lune near Lancaster. It’s somewhere I pass often in the car and by bike – the old railway bridges in the background carry the National Cycle Network over the River Lune from Caton to Lancaster and Morecambe. Looking forward to it!
