I use organic wines and ciders. The quality of an ingredient, the way it was produced, where and by whom are really important to me – I always welcome a chat before, during or after dining about where the food came from and why I chose it for your meal.
This is just one of many insights into my work as a travelling private chef in the North of England. "Where do you cook?" I hear you ask, "I'm looking for a private chef near me".
