Local lamb shoulder for 13 with honey roasted Yorkshire carrots, buttery sautéed Yorkshire leeks, creamy dauphinoise Lancashire potatoes and British butternut squash, all with a shallot, rosemary and red wine and redcurrant jus. Cooked and served in the Lake District for guests from Sheffield, Manchester, Newcastle and the USA.
