These beauties are heading to the Lakes and Dales: a lunchtime BBQ in Cartmel near Grange-over-Sands and an evening roast lamb dinner in Casterton near Kirkby Lonsdale. Tonight I’m going to make a carrot leaf pesto with the tops – I’ve been meaning to give it a go for ages.
