Ercolini pears gently poached with lemon and vanilla, simply served with reduced sweet poaching juices. Cooked like this, these organic summer fruits are so soft and juicy that the flesh falls from the stalk when teased with a spoon …a far cry from the hard, grainy tastless fruits you may have had the misfortune of finding in your fruit salad as a kid. Nothing else needed for a fabulous dessert.
