This is me – preparing a meal in a kitchen this weekend. I thought it would be nice to pop down some of the words customers have thrown my way recently when describing my private chef service:
“Unpretentious, ‘passionate about food’, caring, respectful, careful, friendly, ‘a really nice guy’, approachable, creative, ‘a pleasure to watch’, clean and tidy, organised, agile, adaptable and able to cope with any situation”. That last one was when the oven wasn’t working!
This is just one of many insights into my work as a travelling private chef in the North of England. "Where do you cook?" I hear you ask, "I'm looking for a private chef near me".
