Early stages of meal prep in a private home, cooking a three course meal for a 40th birthday surprise. At this stage the birthday boy was out and didn’t know anything about it… he returned home to a family welcome and the smells of local lamb shanks slow roasting in red wine, garlic and redcurrant in his oven.
