Cooking in Windermere in the Lake District today, at Oakburn – a fabulous holiday home from @lakelandretreatsuk. Artisan breads and olives; grilled aubergine and feta starter; slow roasted lamb with all the trimmings; and rhubarb crumble. All made from scratch in the kitchen overlooking Lake Windermere using top notch local ingredients.
