Making low FODMAP lamb stock for a meal in Windermere tomorrow where a diner has IBS. No garlic, onion or celery, and some very careful planning to ensure the whole three course meal contains no triggering ingredients. I’ll be doing gluten free Yorkshire puddings, crumble and bread to ensure everyone enjoys the special occasion without any uncomfortable repercussions.
