Organic gazpacho starters

Organic gazpacho starters – freshly made, chilled and bursting with ripe tomato and cucumber flavours. This makes a lovely start to a summer meal, especially with artisan breads, olives, oil and balsamic vinegar. Refreshing and cool, gazpacho originates from southern regions of the Iberian peninsula and can be topped with all sorts of flavours. These had pots of chopped cucumber, spring onion and granny smith apple as optional toppings.
