Rainbow carrots being prepared for roasting with local Yorkshire honey. These arrive bunched from the organic farm – complete with fresh green leaves – and are bursting with flavour and colour. They’re also fabulous for summer salads as they’re so crunchy. One of my summer favourites and always a hit when they come out of the veg boxes.
